What days can I book a session ?
Sessions take place on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, at the office or online.
How are the sessions carried out?
Sessions take place by appointment only, at the office, in Paris - Montparnasse, at 7 rue Nicolas Charlet, in the 15th arrondissement, or online via Skype. The first sessions ideally always take place in the office. This allows us to get to know each other and define a therapy strategy together. However, exceptions can be made. Follow-up sessions can take place online or in the office.

During office sessions, the standard sanitary and anti-COVID protection measures are strictly observed: hydroalcoholic gel is provided, the surfaces are regularly cleaned and the wearing of a mask is compulsory.
How do online sessions take place?
Online sessions follow the same ethical principles as those at the office, for the same duration and at the same price. After meeting for the first time in the office, follow-up sessions can take place remotely, via Skype or What'sUp. The appointment takes place in the same way for online or office sessions, but at the time of the online appointment, you must connect to Skype and notify me of your presence by a message. I will then can call you.
How long do the sessions last?
Sessions last approximately 1 hour.
How much does a session cost ?
A one-on-one counselling or psychotherapy session costs 80 euros.
Couples therapy sessions cost 100 euros.
Therapy sessions are not reimbursed by the social security, but they can be by some "mutuelles". For this purpose, an invoice will be issued after each session.
In which languages can the sessions take place?
The sessions can take place in French, Romanian or English.
How many sessions are needed?
In therapy, there is never a preset number of sessions. The duration is always defined according to the problem of each person and the way in which it evolves, the needs of each person and their involvement in therapy work.
How and when to end therapy ?
Therapy can end as soon as you decide to do so, when you are feeling better or when you feel you no longer need it. We can also talk about it together, asses the situation whenever you feel the need for it and adjust the frequency of the session or stop the therapy accordingly.
How often do the sessions take place?
The frequency of the sessions is something to be decided according to yours needs and the nature of your concerns, as well as how they evolve throughout therapy. At the beginning, sessions are more frequent - usually once a week or once every two weeks - than towards the end of therapy.
